Attending the conference in person

Please note: Pre-registration required to attend in person—those who have not registered will not be permitted to attend. We are at capacity, and can no longer take new applications for registration.

The conference will be held on May 14, 2024, at Harvard Law School, 1585 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA, in Milstein East, in the building Wasserstein Hall.

The conference space will open at 9:30 a.m. for a light breakfast and registration. The program will begin at 10 a.m. ET and end at 6:30 p.m. ET, with a closing reception to follow.

The conference is free to attend. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and a reception are included.

Attending the conference via livestream

Every session will be livestreamed on the conference website. The livestream video will also be archived to watch after the conference.

You can sign up for our newsletter to be notified when the livestream begins and when videos are archived.

About conference accessibility

The space is on the second floor, and is accessible via elevator or stairs. There are multiple street-level entrances without steps, with automatic doors to enter the building. Harvard has provided this information on accessible entrances and pathways on campus. 

During the conference program, there will be live CART captioning. 

All snacks and meals will be catered in an outdoor patio space approximately 20 feet from the main conference space.

Our Covid community agreements

All indoor conference activities will be masked, and high-quality masks will be provided, as well as rapid Covid tests.

All registered attendees, speakers, and the conference organizing team have affirmed the following:

  • I agree to wear an N95, KN95 or respirator mask for the entirety of the conference

  • I agree to take a rapid test before traveling from home to the conference.

  • I agree to take a second rapid test one hour before arriving at the conference.

  • I agree to stay home if I am experiencing symptoms or am sick.

  • I understand that coffee breaks, lunch, and our closing reception will be held outside.

  • If I experience any possible Covid symptoms during the conference, I will isolate and test.

Getting to the conference

Harvard Law School is accessible from Boston Logan Airport (via several forms of public transit), as well as Amtrak at South Station (via MBTA's Red Line). 

The conference will take place in Milstein East, located in the building Wasserstein Hall, which is between the Harvard Square Red Line stop and Porter Square Red Line stop. From the subway stop, the conference is about a 10 minute walk or a short bus ride (to the Massachusetts Ave and Waterhouse Street stops on the MBTA bus lines 74, 75, 77, 78, 83, and 96).
